There is no single solution or ‘magic’ formula for successfully integrating technology into an educational establishment. A bespoke solution is needed for each.
An IT strategy requires a whole school policy and implementation, with consideration given to all elements at all levels. This extends from the Senior Leadership Team, through tech support, to the provision of continuous professional development for its teachers, and of course the implications for its students.
New ideas for the various curricula, subject specific needs and, most importantly, a unification of the schools mission to improve teaching and learning, need to be woven into the fabric of this initiative.
From paperless systems such as Showbie, iTunesU and Google Classroom, to streamlining assessment processes and learning how to ‘recycle’ the 1000s of Word documents and Powerpoint into effective multi-media experiences to engage and excite their students.
At Intuition we are proactive in seeking out new media and educational innovations to include these within the scope of the training we provide.
Intuition has helped over 500 schools achieve their goals in the last 10 years by identifying the key points of their mission to improve their teaching and learning and creating bespoke solutions.
